Terms & Refund Policy
1. General

Chrono Gate is an experimental project in temporal communication. By purchasing a platform, you become a participant in the experiment and receive a physical receiving station with a unique identifier.

2. Platforms

Each platform has a unique ID (format CG-XXXXX), registered in an immutable log. The ID is permanently linked to the platform.

3. Refund Policy

You have the right to return your platform within 14 days of receiving it (in accordance with Belgian law). To request a return:

  • Contact us through our contact page
  • Ship the platform back to us
  • Refund will be issued upon receipt
  • The platform ID will be deactivated in the log
4. Damaged Platform

If your platform arrives damaged:

  • Send a photo of the damage through our contact page
  • Ship the damaged platform back to us
  • We will ship a free replacement upon receipt
  • Your platform ID is preserved — the log entry remains unchanged
5. Payment

Payments are accepted via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, Apple Pay) and Revolut Pay. All payments are processed securely through encrypted channels.
